Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies (based off this recipe)
2 1/4 cups flour 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon baking soda 2 sticks butter, softened 1 cup granulated sugar 1 cup packed brown sugar 2 large eggs, beaten 1 tablespoon vanilla 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa 1 8 oz bag of dark chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine all dry ingredients (flour, salt, baking soda) into a bowl and mix with a fork. In a separate bowl use a stand mixer to combine the butter, both sugars, eggs, vanilla, and cocoa. Once mixed, slowly add in the flour mixture a half cup at a time. Finally fold in the chocolate chips.
Form into 1 inch balls and bake for 13-15 minutes! Enjoy!
